Does Exchange need a public inbound webhook?
No. Standard sync works without an inbound webhook. Optional EWS streaming uses a long-lived outbound connection when enabled by the operator.
Can 0cal reach an internal Exchange server?
The deployed 0cal environment must have network access to that server, often through the relevant private network or VPN.
